This bread recipe is quite easy to make. This particular recipe will give you 2 standard loaves of bread.

8 cups of flour
1 - 2 cups of sugar
4 tablespoons of active dry yeast
2 large eggs
1 cup melted butter (or olive oil)
3 cups of warm water or warm milk
1 level tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)

1) Sift the flour into a clean bowl and add the salt, sugar and yeast. Mix together. Whisk the eggs in another separate bowl, melt your butter and allow to cool (don't allow it boil).
2) Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the remaining ingredients.
3) Mix well and form into a ball of dough. If dough is a little sticky, add a little more flour and knead for up to 3minutes.
4) Oil your bowl by brushing with vegetable oil or butter. Place the well kneaded bread dough in the middle of the bowl.
5) Let dough stay undisturbed for 2hrs or until it triples in size.
6) Gently deflate dough by pressing the centre.
7) Sprinkle little flour on your work surface and transfer the dough to the work surface. Also grease your baking pans.
